Offers: Tips on SponsorPay and RadiumOne Social

Hey Zwinksters!

From time to time, the Player Support Team gets messages from Zwinks who don’t receive ZCard after trying to complete an offer. No one wants you to lose out on ZCard, especially the Zwinky Team!

RadiumOne Social and SponsorPay are offer providers who help you earn, rather than buy, ZCard. Each offer has its own set of requirements that must be filled before ZCard is awarded. Some offers ask for a subscription, purchase, or email address. Others are as simple as watching a short video or filling out a survey for free!

Here are some quick tips on how to successfully complete an offer:
Complete all of the steps. Many Zwinks lose out on ZCard because they leave an offer when they still have a step or two to go.
Enter accurate information. ZCard will not be awarded if you submit false information. In some cases, your account might get blocked by the offer provider for too many fake claims.
Check your Spam folder. Certain offers may require email verification before you are awarded ZCard. Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t seen anything in your Inbox!
Be patient. Keep in mind that it can take several days for ZCard to be awarded to your account.
Keep records/proof of your completed offers. In some cases, RadiumOne and SponsorPay may ask for proof of offer fulfillment when you contact them about the status of an offer. Consider taking a screenshot of completion pages and saving confirmation emails from offer providers so you have proof handy if you need it.

If you have done all of the above and still did not receive your ZCard, follow the steps below to get help and information.

RadiumOne Social

  1.  First, make sure you are logged into Zwinky.
  2. Click on the purple “+/Add More” icon to access the Zwinky Commerce page.
  3. Choose the RadiumOne Social offer button.
  4. Click on the “Missing ZCard?” link to get more information on the specific offers you have started/completed.
  5. On the next page, you will be able to check whether your offers are in progress or complete. If you suspect that the status of your offer is incorrect, click on the “Contact Support” link and provide RadiumOne Social with the requested information. (This link will only appear once you have waited the amount of time specified by the offer.) You must submit a complaint within 14 days of clicking a RadiumOne Social offer.

SponsorPay

  1.  First, make sure you are logged in to Zwinky.
  2. Click on the purple “+/Add More” icon to access the Zwinky Commerce page.
  3. Choose the SponsorPay offer button.
  4. Click on the Support link to get more information on the specific offers you have started/completed.
  5. On the next page, you will be able to check whether your offers are in progress or complete. If you feel that the status is incorrect, click on the “Report Problem” link and provide SponsorPay with the requested information.
